Standard Cleaning:
$125.00 - Base price for 1-2 bedroom(s)/1-2 bathroom(s)
$25.00 - For each additional bedroom and bath.
Pet Surcharge: $25.00 for (2) animals per home w/an additional $15 for each pet over (2).
Kitchen:
● Clean countertops and stove top
● Wash dishes or load the dishwasher
● Wipe down kitchen appliances (microwave, fridge, etc.)
● Empty trash and recycling
Bathrooms:
● Clean and disinfect sinks, toilets, and showers/tubs
● Wipe down mirrors
● Mop floors
● Clean Faucets and Handles: Clean faucets, handles, hardware, and drains
Bedrooms:
● Make beds
● Dust surfaces, including furniture, shelves, and electronics
● Vacuum or sweep floors
● Mop tile or hardwood floors
● Wipe down door handles and light switches
General Areas:
● Dust surfaces, including furniture, shelves, and electronics
● Vacuum or sweep floors

”Deep” Cleaning:
$175.00 - Base price for 1-2 bedroom(s)/1-2 bathroom(s)
$50.00 - For each additional bedroom and bath.
Pet Surcharge: $25.00 for (2) animals per home w/an additional $15 for each pet over (2).
Deep Cleaning includes:
● All services outlined in the “Standard Cleaning” plus;
● Declutter: Remove unnecessary items from shelves, drawers, and closets
● Clean Windows: Wash windows and window sills inside and out
● Clean Baseboards: Wipe down baseboards to remove dust and grime
● Clean Ceiling Fans: Wipe down ceiling fan blades after turning the fan off and using a pillowcase to ensure the dust and debris is contained as each blade is wiped clean
● Clean Light Fixtures: Dust and clean light fixtures, using a ladder or extension pole if necessary
